The race has already begun. As this report is being written, the world eagerly anticipates this summer’s 2024 Olympic Games. But while the world watches races and events, another global race is happening behind the scenes. This is the quantum race, and China has already announced its intent to win with a strategic initiative for global quantum dominance by 2049.
