Job Summary
Wavelength Electronics designs and manufactures precision electronics for critical Laser Systems. Our drivers are used in challenging applications like surgery, medical tests, dangerous chemical detectors, climate research – and other technology that significantly improves lives. What we do matters in the world.
We’re looking for someone to join our Manufacturing team to test and troubleshoot our electronics assemblies, making sure they work before they are sent out to our customers. Hours are flexible, Monday through Friday, Day Shift, at our automated, clean manufacturing facility. We are constantly experimenting with new processes and upgrading our capabilities.

Key Objectives
- Test all products prior to shipment (per established test protocols).
- Troubleshoot analog or digital circuits that fail, decide to repair or scrap the product.
- Repair / rework failed items to IPC soldering standards.
- Meet ship dates, take initiative to allow manufacturing to ship early.
- Support manufacturing by completing basic assembly as needed.
Education & Experience
- Ideally has a two-year technical degree & two years related experience – or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge of analog circuit troubleshooting – e.g. op-amp circuits, analog control systems
- Ability to work with multimeters, oscilloscopes, & schematics to troubleshoot and repair electronics
- Knowledge of hand soldering and rework
- Knowledge of IPC standards a plus
